CSTI Partners with CHCI

Center for Talent Solutions, Inc. (CTSI) has struck a strategic partnership with the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI) to bring Center for Talent Solutions’ engagement and retention best practices, management training and tools to U.S. federal, state and local government agencies.

CTSI officials believe that its engagement and retention workshop and talent solutions will make a significant impact on agency results.

Results of the recent Federal Human Capital Survey indicate that federal leaders and managers’ ability to engage and retain their employees lags behind that of the private sector. With the current “war for talent” and the Obama Administration’s emphasis on performance, this partnership enables CHCI to provide its clients with an integrated system of targeted and proven solutions equipping them to take action.
