TOOLS: Reinforcing Learning Via E-mail Messages

Launched last October, Cameo is a Web-based tool that delivers scenario-based learning reinforcement via e-mail. Organizations use Cameo to reinforce key learning points from their training events using e-mail. As learners reply, Cameo aggregates their responses, giving the organization objective and actionable data for their future learning efforts.

Since the rollout, Cameo is being used by corporations nationwide, and the product was recently a finalist in the SoftwareCEO/CompTIA Software Innovation Awards for 2009.
