Kaplan Buys Atlantic Link
Kaplan IT Learning has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Link, a leading provider of collaborative rapid e-learning authoring software.
“We are very excited to join forces with Atlantic Link,” says Brian Sholly, president of Kaplan IT Learning. “This rare opportunity will allow Kaplan to expand our market presence globally and offer a much larger selection of products. Atlantic Link’s products are highly reputable around the world and have won numerous industry awards. We plan to expand this success to further meet the needs of Kaplan’s global customers.”
Mike Alcock, managing director of Atlantic Link, says: “With Kaplan’s financial strength and credibility in the training and academic world, our customers and prospects will gain access to a broader range of current and future products and services. Our complementary product suites will offer our customers a complete solution for all of their e-learning needs, with the strength and reassurance of the Kaplan brand behind them.”
The combined portfolio offered by Kaplan IT Learning includes the STT Trainer, STT InfoShare, PerformIT and now the Atlantic Link collaborative rapid e-learning product suite.
