Provider Certified As Top 20% Performer
During General Services Administration contract (GSA) negotiations, Atlantic Link was certified as a “Top 20% Performer,” based on survey responses of its reference customers. The rapid e-learning software provider’s PPE score of 96/100 was achieved through the Dunn & Bradstreet Open Ratings Systems Review.
The Open Ratings Review requires an organization to submit all company data including, operations overview, marketing, sales revenue, financials, and a list of clients who have received services or purchased e-learning authoring tools. It verifies vendor performance through customer satisfaction metrics based on reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support and responsiveness.
“We have all heard and felt how tough the economy has been lately,” says Mark Sharp, VP North American Operations at Atlantic Link. “Anyone producing e-learning needs a way to build their courses faster and smarter. Our tools allow everyone involved in the authoring process to collaborate and dramatically speed up the development and deployment of e-learning.”
