Cornerstone OnDemand Acquires Sonar

Cornerstone OnDemand, a company that develops cloud-based learning solutions, has just purchased the New Zealand-based company Sonar Limited. This deal gives the US-based company the ability to provide learning solutions to companies with fewer than 500 employees and expands its international reach. 

Sonar Limited’s signature product, Sonar6 is a cloud-based talent management system designed for smaller enterprises which is used by small companies all over the world.

The Sonar brand will remain separate from Cornerstone’s enterprise and mid-sized products and Cornerstone will continue to support, develop and invest in Sonar6 and other Sonar products.
